Application Requirements
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide customized conversation topics based on users’ needs and English proficiency
- Support the enhancement of English conversation skills through natural communication
Essential Qualification and Skills
- Fluent English language skills
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Exceptional communication skills with flexibility to establish connections with users
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or relevant qualifications in English education
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to establish meaningful connections with users through excellent communication
- Willingness to appear on camera
Working Hours and Days:
- designated session (plan to 20:00-21:00 on Thu,Sat,San)
- additional session （plan to total of 12 hours per month）
Employment Options:
- Outsourcing agreement (subcontractor)
Salary:
- Monthly salary system (paid twice a month)
- Hourly Rate: 150 yen (58 peso)
